Our health check service is designed to review individual and family clients’ existing medical insurance cover. To benefit from this service your client will need to complete the customer authorisation form.

Upon receipt of this completed form, we will obtain all the clients’ policy information directly from their insurance company and check their cover against alternative medical insurance products to ensure they are getting the right cover at the best value for money.

Our introducer agreement is legally binding and we will only talk to them about medical insurance related products. If they require advice outside of a medical insurance related product, we will let you know straight away, so you can contact them.

This depends on how quickly you client requires cover. We are usually able to activate cover within 24 hours of first speaking to a client.

No, this would be against our strict compliance guidelines.

Yes, as long as you have called the customer and qualified the lead. We closely monitor the quality of leads each of our introducers pass to us.
