  • How much will I be paid for each referral?

    This information is shown on your user agreement.

  • How are payments made?

    Directly into your business bank account with an accompanying statement.

  • When are payments made?

    They are paid two days after we receive commissions from the relevant insurer.

  • Can you send me the quotations so I can provide the advice?

    Unfortunately not, Citrus Healthcare will give advice and any documentation directly to your client.

  • Will you keep me updated with your progress?

    Yes, just let us know how often you would like to be updated.

  • Can I pass you leads which I have purchased?

    Yes, as long as you have called the customer and qualified the lead. We closely monitor the quality of leads each of our introducers pass to us.

  • My client does not speak English, can I complete the fact find?

    No, this would be against our strict compliance guidelines.

  • How long does the advice process take?

    This depends on how quickly you client requires cover. We are usually able to activate cover within 24 hours of first speaking to a client.

  • What if my client wants to talk to you about another service such as life assurance or a mortgage?

    Out introducer agreement is legally binding and we will only talk to them about medical insurance related products. If they require advice outside of a medical insurance related product, we will let you know straight away, so you can contact them.

  • When can you speak to my client?

    Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
